The administrative management of the bureau office involves many aspects, which is the basis for ensuring the normal operation of the bureau. Canteen management is one of the important aspects of the daily internal administrative management of the office, and it is the top priority to solve the meal problems of the majority of cadres and employees. In order to realize the automation and modernization of canteen management, it is necessary to customize a set of office administrative information management system. Each employee can order meals in advance in the system according to his or her own situation; when dining, just swipe the card on the card machine, and the system can automatically deduct the corresponding fees, completely replacing the manual processing work method that has been used in the original canteen management, and avoiding various errors caused by negligence of management personnel and management quality problems, and providing powerful tools and management means for the timely, accurate and efficient completion of canteen management, financial settlement and other tasks, so as to achieve scientific management, quantitative procurement, and eliminate food waste.
This project construction requires the development of a canteen meal ordering management system to facilitate meal ordering for each employee. The system is developed using a B/S structure. Users do not need to install other auxiliary software. They only need to open a browser to log in to the system. Roles are assigned according to management permissions. Each role can operate corresponding permission functions. Administrators can set daily menus, and orderers can easily see daily menus, order meals quickly and conveniently, and reserve lunch or dinner. Administrators can export daily meal ordering information, save and print it, and hand it over to canteen managers. Canteen purchasing staff can purchase according to the number of meals ordered to avoid waste.
System main functional architecture diagram
1. The system administrator defines system users and daily meal plans in the system for users to choose whether to order meals.
2. Users log in to the meal ordering management system to order or cancel meals. They are required to order or cancel meals one day in advance. Meals cannot be ordered or canceled on the same day.
3. The system administrator will export the ordering information and feed it back to the canteen manager. The manager will arrange purchases based on the number of people ordering meals to avoid blind purchases and waste. The canteen manager will recharge the user's dining card on the management side.
4. Users swipe their cards at the canteen during the specified time. The card reader sends the deduction information to the management machine, and the management machine pushes the balance to the card reader for display to the user.
5. The management machine records the daily machine refresh information and recharge information. The meal ordering management system reads the data from the management end through an interface and makes a report to display in the meal ordering management system, such as counting who has ordered meals and eaten, and who has ordered meals but has not eaten.
Intelligent information collection
Using computer software technology, we monitor information in real time for customized target data sources, collect, extract, mine and process information that matches the tax-related keywords, and convert network information into database structured information and save it in the local database. For example, we scientifically classify tax-related information according to property rights (equity) transfer information, equity reduction information, corporate merger and reorganization information, commercial housing opening information, corporate financing information, etc., and on this basis, we use network search technology to set tax-related keywords such as "equity, asset reorganization, merger and acquisition, auction, debt repayment", and automatically capture tax-related information on specific websites.
The standardized management of the internal administration of the bureau office cannot be separated from the assistance of the computer information system. Therefore, the information management of the canteen has obvious advantages for the orderly and standardized management of the canteen, and produces good benefits in standardized management and cost savings. The specific performance is as follows:
Convenience
Each employee uses the Internet to order meals, which greatly facilitates the employee's meal ordering process and canteen statistics. Traditional manual management of canteen information, such as employee meal ordering and dining management, is difficult to count who has ordered meals and who has eaten, and who has ordered meals but has not eaten. Manual recording and statistics are very cumbersome processes, and any step in the process wastes a lot of time. Using information technology to manage, these originally cumbersome problems will become easy, providing convenience for office managers and saving management costs.
Security
Traditional paper records are troublesome to query, have poor confidentiality and preservation, and are easily worn out and lost, which is very unfavorable for the management of fund usage and the handover of work between office staff. However, if the information system is used to save data, everything becomes simple. The system administrator can query and back up the data information at any time, and the security of the data can be guaranteed to the greatest extent. When employees eat, they only need to put the card on the card reader and swipe it. The card reader automatically deducts the meal fee from the balance on the card to ensure the safety of the recharged funds.
Accuracy
Traditional manual work methods are prone to errors, and the workload of statistics is also very large, and even human errors may occur. These problems will not occur when using the system for management. The recharge and deduction of employees are all completed by computers, and the error rate of computers is almost zero. On the other hand, employees use the system to sign up for meals, which makes it convenient for the canteen to count the number of diners, purchase accurately according to quantity, and eliminate waste, thereby reducing canteen management costs.
